“ I haven't had any problems yet with the gas company in my apartment. Hopefully do not plan on having any future problems either. The prices could be a bit better especially during the winter when we are using the gas the most. ”
“ Everything seems to be OK, but I don't see any difference in prices. ”
“
Checking the prices and signing up was easy. They came out very quickly to switch the service on. However I have 2 points I would like to mention:
1) my first month billing cycle was 3 days only. The gas for 3 days cost me $3, and the 'monthly charge' was $8.99 - that's a bit of a piss take because they most probably charged the previous tenant in this house the same $8.99 for the partial month, so basically they got the monthly charges twice.
2) when I was searching for a gas provider, they had the prices displayed, however they never mentioned that switching on the service costs $60, which was added to my second bill - not even the first one.
Other than these they're OK. ”
“ I would highly recommend Georgia Natural Gas ® to any of my family and friends. They have acceptable payment plans, im always satisfied with my bill. And to top it off they have great customer service. ”
“ I had Georgia Natural Gas ® for about 2 years. They were fine, until a nasty winter and my gas was off for a couple days. Then my rates got way jacked up, and I have no idea why. I switched to Scanna, and have since been bathed in the warm glow of their natural gas embrace. There bills are cheap. ”
“ I first contacted Georga Gas savings on January 13, 2023. They took my information and I thought I was good to go. I started early to ensure a smooth and less costly process. Didn't get anything at the beginning of February so I called to find out that they never heard of me and had to do a start day on February 6, 2023. Then got told about AGL. I had to pay 2 extra months at the highest rate. ”

“ Price I received when signing up does not match price Im now paying. ”
“ I switched to Georgia Natural because of the promotion, even with your monthly service charge was $1.00 more. However, what I couldn't & still don't understand, why my charges for one day of service was $74.16. I still would like an answer. ”
“ Too soon to tell. Haven't paid first bill yet. ”
“ I feel that my gas bill is extremely high considering I'm not at home most of the day (work 8 hours a day) . My gas bill should not be so much (300.00). There is no one else at home and I find it to be unfair. ”
“ The activation fee should be notified in advance or billed in the first month. Not the second month. ”
“ I picked this provider because it's the only one with any kind of "green"/carbon-reducing option. Their "Greener Life" program only offsets usage emissions (not production or distribution), and does so mostly by capturing landfill gas (which doubles as developing a new fuel source for which the program still won't offset production emissions), plus a little bit of "improved forest management". That's nowhere near making my gas use carbon negative, but it's the only reduction available so I'll take it. The process of switching providers had some weirdness where I set up my online account password and whatnot shortly after ordering the switch but couldn't actually log in until after they issued my first bill well after the switch date. That had me worried that something wasn't right, but really it was just that I couldn't see anything 'cause I couldn't log in. Since the switch everything has gone smoothly. ”
“ Prices are higher and autopay and account management is really poor ”
“ Why is Georgia Natural Gas ® disconnecting people at this time and charging additional deposits to reconnect gas for those who can barely pay the bill. This is not helping hard working citizens who are trying their best to stay afloat during a Global crisis that is not their fault. Im am shocked and appalled as well very disappointed with GNG to find this out when it recently happen to me. I am left in a bad financial position now but will be able to find a way to adjust and recover. But for those who simply do not have the money to pay the bill in the first place due to COVID circumstances and will also be required to pay a hefty deposit fee ($150.00) + $60 reconnection fee along with the full past due and current charge well that is really unreasonable and contributes to the problems that have been exposed in 2020 in regards to the United States of America and the treatment of it's American citizens. ”
“ After being with GNG for over 2 years, I can say that I'm ready for another provider. Customer service is excellent! Agents have nice tones, are problem solvers, and easily accessible. However, GNG's rates are atrocious. Their promotional offers are average, but must be found through utility company referrals. After the initial offer, be ready to pay at least a $1 rate. ”
“ Overall GNG is meh. They have outdated pay options. We had to call in to pay for a couple of months because setting up the card online using their system is a bit of a hassle. They aren't the cheapest either; however, the people are nice and patient. ”
“
I found it easy to sign up and impossible to resolve a question by phone afterwards. I had better luck getting a response with the "Contact" option on their website. I am beginning my second calendar month and everything seems to have leveled off..........but then I haven't needed another human response from their customer service again.
They also tried to release themselves from any financial responsibility for sign up benefits advertised on their "signup" mailer which prompted me to change gas suppliers. They blamed the "problem" on their "gas marketer" but subsequently agreed to pay the benefits to "Maintain Goodwill"! They honored their advertisements..................... but only after seeing that I begged them to do so.
You asked!!!!! ”
“ Waiting on my $200.00 credit for switching from XOOM ”
“ It too early to answer questions you ask. I haven't received my first billing from GA Natural Gas ”
