“ Rosalia best customer service rep Ive talked with from any company in a long time . I have been paying a variable rate for a long time didnt realize I could have been saving so much money . She helped me go get the best deal and a fixed rate. If I did receive info about this option it didnt catch my attention . This should be promoted better. I have used this company for 10 years . I called because bills are awful . Now I see why . But Rosalia explained everything and there should be more like her ”

Too much sales pressure - Suspicious Rewards program

“ Signed up for service but cancelled a week later after I received a pushy phone call from a Constellation representative (English was so bad that I had to ask her to repeat everything) trying to get me to transfer electricity service and asking many questions that had already been asked at the time of registering for gas service. Even after repeatedly saying "NO, Thank You", the phone call lasted about 10 minutes before I hung up. This prompted me to research other's experience with Constellation and ultimately led me to cancelling Constellation Gas Service.
The Rewards Card registration was very difficult and seemed to be a little shady. It required another account be set up which had no phone contact information when my password would not work ,and I needed assistance to get into the account to validate the card. The $25 Rewards card was for specific vendors or an option for a MasterCard dedit card which had $21.75 on it. ”

“ So after having a meter put in I decided to go with Zoom Energy and I wish Id never spend the time and money on natural gas heater because I havent used any gas yet being summer and my bills averaging $35 $40 a month without using anything and then I paid them and they never claimed they never got the payment. Youre better off going with propane or electric and staying away from natural gas these companies that are D regulated theres no accountability and theres like 12 surcharges on every bill unbelievable Im sorry I ever invested in this. ”

“ We had to call several times and it was very difficult to get signed up. Even tried to sign up online. It took a very long time to sign up on the phone. I would recommend getting new people to answer your phone. At the end a salesperson came on the line to try to sell us something. Very unprofessional. ”

“ For the past two years I have signed up for the 6 month guarantee bill. Both times I have been charged a $150 cancellation fee even though they tell me to cancel it when winter is over and say I wont be charged. This is the 2nd year I have had to call them and talk to someone, be put on hold for 15 minutes, then talk some more to get the $150 refunded. I will not use them a 3rd year. ”

“ I canceled service May 6th they put me on the phone with person in another country that cant understand English therefore it didnt get canceled now theyre trying to say I owe over $120. Its not my fault I kept getting disconnected and it hey dont understand English !!!!!! ”
