| They online payment system is quirky at best and extremely ineffective on a normal cycle. It required me to re-enter my payment source multiple times - but then would not allow me to pay the bill using it! Then on the phone the agent spent time trying to upsell me on some bogus insurance plan! And said he'd do me a favor one time to not charge me an extra $5 service fee for taking my payment! | |||
